Hoagies

So a few days ago I noticed that their are literally almost no good hoagie places in Bucks County, so I decided to make my own. Here is the recipe:

Hoagies
Serves 3

9 slices of provolone
9 slices of mortadella
9 slices of cappiacola
9 slices of soppresetta
6 slices of mozzarella, sliced
9 slices of tomato
3 leaves of lettuce, shredded
4 pepperoncini, sliced
3 hoagie rolls, sliced in half, but still in half
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 tablespoon of fresh chopped oregano

You can probably guess how to assemble it. But first, you mix the olive oil with the oregano and spoon it onto the hoagie rolls. Next layer on the meats, cheeses, and vegetables, and drizzle with olive oil on top.

I recommend having this with a salad.
