Here is the recipe:
Julia Child Burger
Serves 3
3 large brioche buns
1 shallot, minced
2 tablespoons of heavy cream
Plenty of salt and pepper
1 pound of ground beef
6 bacon strips, cooked until super crispy
Butter, for the bun, and cooking the burger
Mayo, for the bun
Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onion, Ketchup, DIJON Mustard, for the burger
6 slices of cheddar or swiss cheese
Pickles, on the side
Mix the ground beef, shallot, heavy cream, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Preheat a pan over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
Use your hands to mold the burgers, thin but flat.
Put them in the pan, get them a nice crispy crust without pressing on them.
YOU WANT THEM TO BE JUICY!!!
Top everything with all of the fix-ins!!

I recommend serving this with: French fries, you can also top the burger with non spicy salsa
I am not bragging or anything, but it was the best burger that I have ever had in my life.
