Chickpea Nibbles

Many people eat nuts, but why don't they eat roasted chickpeas? Here is a recipe for roasted chickpeas!

Chickpea Nibbles
Makes about 1 1/2 cups

1 - 19ounce can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons of cumin, or garam masala
2 teaspoons of salt

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Drain and rinse off the chickpeas.
Put them in a bowl, and mix them with the olive oil, salt, and cumin.
Layer them on a rimmed baking sheet with a silpat.
Bake for about 50 minutes.
Put them in a bowl, and enjoy!
